After exploring Taipei all day, coming back to a room with a very nice shower and Japanese-style toilet was a treat. Our daughters were very comfortable, and the room had enough space for all of us. Clean, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel.

Stayed 1 night in New Riversuites Hotel, new wing. It's a little far from Ximen area and MRT station but there are enough shops, eateries and a 7-11 nearby. The room is big, clean and comfortable for 2 pax. Amenities are decent. No toothbrush, comb and shower cap due to sustainability policy. So be in the know.
My room faces the river, so we had the sunset view, which is nice.

We had a very good experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location is great—only about a 10-minute walk to Ximending—and the surrounding area is very convenient. There are both 7-Eleven and FamilyMart close to the hotel, along with plenty of food options. I also managed to try some really yummylicious dumplings nearby. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would happily return again.

Stayed for the whole duration of our stay in Taipei. The location was very convenient and you can walk to Ximending if you want to. The staff was very friendly as well given that it was raining throughout our stay and we're travelling with toddlers and senior citizen.
We stayed in their new building, the amenities and rooms we're clean and comfy, a nice way to end the day after a long day of walking.
Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Taipei
