An unforgettable stay in Cappadocia — warm, thoughtful, and charming. I only stayed here for a short while, but this place made a lasting impression. From the moment I arrived, the staff — especially the front desk — were incredibly welcoming and kind. They helped me book my hot air balloon tour effortlessly and were always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with such a cozy and calming atmosphere. The hotel’s ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail made me feel both comfortable and inspired. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, served in a lovely setting that made slow mornings even more enjoyable. I truly wish I had stayed longer. This hotel perfectly reflects the charm and warmth of Cappadocia. I’ll definitely be back.

2박했음 화장실이 너무깨끗해서 편안한 투숙이었습니다

집같은구조의 편안하고 아늑한호텔이었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 모두 좋았으나 단지 에어컨작동소리가 너무 커서 시끄러운 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

To be honest, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel because I was very disappointed with the unfriendliness of some staff, the loud noise coming from the room, and the behavior which seems like trying to deceive me when i changed a room. According to the information on websites, I was informed that I could check-in at any time, and I did not receive any inquiries from the hotel regarding to check-in time. I chose the payment method as an on-site payment, but when my check-in time got late (before 12 midnight), they proceeded with payment from my linked card without any consent. And when I objected to this, she responded very unpleasantly. Second, I couldn't sleep because of the extremely loud sound of water falling all night long from my room. When I requested a room exchange the next day, the hotel staff acted as if they already knew about this issue. I can not understand why they accepted a customer to this room, If they already know about this problem. Third, when exchanging rooms due to above problem, they offered downgraded room and pretended it was an upgraded room and asked me to pay extra. Even though the double room with balcony was cheaper than the deluxe double room, they asked me to pay an additional 20 euros. (In the end, I didn't pay extra.) I was very upset because I felt like they were trying to trick me. Lastly, while eating breakfast, for two days in a row, I noticed flies and moths mixed in with the food on display. When I reported this to the restaurant

방도 넓고 만족했어요 ! 완전 중심지에서는 걸어서 10분 정도 떨어져 있지만 가격 등 생각하면 추천합니다!! 샤워부스 물이 조금 잘 안내려가긴 했지만 방별 컨디션 따라 다른것 같아서 운이 조금 없엇던것 같아여 운영하고 잇는 투어도 있어서 예약도 받고 있었고 스탭들도 친절하게 대해주었습니다~~
