The hotel is located a little far from the restaurant and supermarket. Fortunately, there is a amazing beach across the hotel road. The facilities of the hotel are a little old. There are many activities in the hotel, and the service of the staff is excellent. Generally speaking, this is a great experience.

일단 카론비치를 품고있지 않구요. 풀빌라숙소는 너무 더러워요 벌레가 둥둥 떠다니고있고, 냄새나서 아무도 수영하는사람 못봤습니다. 또 제 객실은 풀빌라에 벌레가 너무 많았어요 방바꾸는 이슈도 정말 힘들었습니다. 전반적으로 별로입니다

Location near beach but a bit of a walk to bars and restaurants. Swimming pools looked dirty and green colour water algae.

가격이 저렴한것도 아닌데 물론 5성급과는 비교할 수는 없지만, 완전 노후된곳이야. 샤워기필터는 한번 샤워에 누런색과 주황색으로 변했어. 수영장물은 계속 더러웠어. 차라리 바다수영이 더 좋았구. 아침조식또한 맛도 없고 실외라 덥고 정신없었어. 담배도 너무 여러곳에서 필수 있게 되어있어서 냄새가 계속 났고. 하수구 냄새도 엄청났어.

The nightmare started with the booking which they didnt receive from Agoda, they were uninterested in resolving the issue and had us stranded for 2 hours in the heat with 2 kids. We asked for a manager, they ignored our request and were rude. We got a bedroom without running hot water and mould all over the walls, the ceiling vent was falling down and a hazard. We changed rooms and there still wasn't hot water. The children's pool is a hazard, the waterside is cracked and leaking from under, clearly zero maintenance here because the floor tiles are sharp. Room service barely speak English and sent us the wrong food. We spent over 1000 euro for 3 nights here and I regret every cent of it. Never again Holidy inn. K the Bell boy is the only good thing about this place. This is NOT a 4 star hotel.
