We've been staying here ever since *** was the owner, prior to the second building was built. As far back as 2017. Due to it's location we loved the place and continued our stay here when we're in Pattaya. We tried other places but none managed to match up to this place.
We’ve never stayed at any *** hotel so not sure if this was the standard but we had no one greeting us at the door. The check-in staff were great though. Previously we'd had a parking security guiding us where to park, greeted us at the door. Now no staff were found.
The conditions of the room is ok but you can feel that it hasnt been maintained for a while. Which is really sad to see, since we do love the hotel.
Overall a bit disappointed in the development of the hotel. We will need to consider if we want to continue our stay here next time we're in Pattaya

Very happy with my stay here, location is good if you want to be slightly out of the busy nightlife area but within a close enough reach. The bed is comfy, rooms are spacious and staff are great.

Great location near the beach. Roof top pool is very nice and there’s lots of loungers. Staff is really friendly. The breakfast is nice but the area is not really air conditioned so be aware of that. The bed was very comfortable with nice, clean sheets. The room has a nice big balcony with comfortable seating and table, which I love. There is a slight moldy smell in the room and you can hear the guests in the neighbouring room loud and clear due to the adjoining door but all in all a nice stay in a great location near to 7-11, Tops, etc…as well as many very good restaurants and bars. The area is quiet so no loud bar music or traffic. If you want to stay in this area, I recommend this hotel.
