We had a wonderful stay at Centara Azure Hotel Pattaya. The staff was exceptional—incredibly kind, empathetic, and always eager to help. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
We were especially grateful for the vegetarian options at breakfast, which were varied and satisfying for our entire family. When the Wi-Fi in our room wasn't working well, the front desk immediately provided us with a personal router, which was very thoughtful and appreciated.
The pool area is lovely, perfect for both adults and kids to relax and have fun.
The only drawback is the room layout, where the shower and wash basin are somewhat open to the bedroom, which may not suit everyone’s preference. However, the exceptional service and hospitality truly made up for it, and we would definitely return.
Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a genuinely warm hotel team!

Hotel is in a good location and close to the bus routes. Modern style room that was in good condition and very clean. Good pool and facilities. Breakfast was okay but could do with a wider range of western food.
