Room was very nice, liked the beds, air conditioning, patio, and fantastic bathroom. Lots of tasty options in the breakfast buffet and renting a kayak worked great. Very thankful that staff circling in golf carts picked us up outside our room to get to reception as it was raining. We went with the 100 Baht transfer option to get out of Railay - fun tractor and long tail adventure. Grab from the port to airport worked great. The in room internet is a weakness: Security issues, drop frequency especially with Apple devices, and data limitations (<2Mbps download in the evening). Notable: Coming in from East dock go left for the main reception! Had a grumpy guest try to kick us out of the shared pool lounge chairs he wanted. He then played loud music behind us until we gave in. His neighbours reemed him out. There were a couple times like this where a bit more staff support would have been appreciated.

Beautiful 5 star resort!

Really nice spot for a few days, literally on the beach, breakfast was nice, coffee shop was good. Only grumble was that the hotel bar doesnt serve alcohol which wasnt advertised - not a big deal though as there are lots of shops around to get some beers and they didnt seem fussed about you having them on the property.

Book the villas. They’re worth the upgrade. Grand Deluxe rooms are very dark with cold blue-ish light and they can be very worn down not matching the photos on the booking site. We were disappointed and upgraded right away. Staff is very good and helpful, service level is great, and resort is WONDERFUL with an amazing location.

Room was high quality and clean. Pool likewise. Breakfasts were good. But it was the staff that were outstanding - amzingly helpful, happy and kind, especially the men that ran us around in the buggies. They made our stay with their smiles.
