Welcoming and helpful staff. We were early to check in so the room was not ready. Staff offered a free breakfast and kept our luggage while we went out to explore the city.

This is a comfortable, friendly and elegant hotel with an interesting history and a boutique feel. The location is a perfect “walk anywhere” one. Recommended without hesitation.

We could not have found a better place in Lisbon! Centrally located, incredibly friendly staff, and large rooms. The breakfast was lovely and with a large variety of hot and cold items and pastries. In the afternoon, the hotel had complimentary port wine, coffee, water, and Ginjinha available for guests in the cozy, warm bar area. The staff went out of their way to help you and remember their guests. We can not wait to return!

Ein ausgesprochen angenehmes Hotel mit besonderem Charme. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur wenige Schritte von der eleganten Einkaufsstraße entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr komfortabel; der Wechsel zu einem Zimmer mit Kingsize-Bett verlief vollkommen unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – herzlichen Dank an das wunderbare Team!
