Upon checking in is stressful because of mis understanding ,the buffet brekfast was good but you have to wait a bit longer because too many people ..i think next tym just do breakfast at the lounge or in room

We were able to get the biggest room from pur chosen room category, with dining area! Thank you for considering my requests :) had a great stay.

It’s our second time checking in, and I’ve always liked the room. The bed is very comfortable, and the electronic controls are very convenient. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but it offers a wide selection. I was just a little disappointed that welcome treats aren’t given to all rooms. We booked two rooms, one for two nights under my name and another room for one night for my sister, and only her room received the treats. When I asked the receptionist about it at checkout (kiddingly), he said it’s randomly chosen. I guess it was just a bit of a bummer, especially since I knew she got one and I didn’t. Haha. The pool rules are also quite strict. We exceeded the maximum number of guests per room by one person (my senior mom) and we were told she could only have five minutes in the pool area otherwise we will be charged an additional of 1k — even though four of us won’t be swimming and will just be sitting on the chairs watching the kids. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay, but those were just a few things that could be improved. A little more consideration would have been nice, especially considering the amount we spent at the hotel for this holiday :)

We had a very pleasant stay, our room got upgraded for free, the staff are very hospitable and the facilities are excellent

I just want to say thank you to Mr Christian Labayan He is friendly and helpful to me and to anyone anpproching him and I can say he is really doing his job so well! Breakfast is excellent! We have booking again this coming month and can’t wait to show the resort to my friends and family! Thank you Okada and more power to all the staff!!
