Overall, my stay was quite disappointing, primarily due to several key service and logistical issues that negatively impacted my experience.
Major Issues Encountered:
Non-Operational Room Service Hotline: A significant drawback was discovering that the room service hotline was not operational 24 hours. This severely limited access to basic services and assistance, especially late at night or early in the morning, which is a fundamental expectation for a service-oriented accommodation.
Unaccommodating Check-in Time: Despite submitting a clear request for a 10:00 AM check-in, the host was unable or unwilling to accommodate this, resulting in a much later check-in time. This lack of flexibility was frustrating and wasted a substantial part of my first day. If an early check-in cannot be accommodated, that should be communicated clearly and proactively before booking is confirmed, rather than being ignored.
Unsatisfactory "Free" Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast offered was very limited and unsatisfactory. It felt like an afterthought and did not provide adequate or appealing options. Guests relying on this service should be aware that the selection is sparse and not up to standard.
Summary
While the physical space itself might have potential, the service level and logistical management need drastic improvement. The combination of limited accessibility to service (hotline), frustrating inflexibility (check-in), and poor amenity quality (breakfast) made for a stay I did not enjoy. Future guests should set low expectations regarding the amenities and service hours.
