I regret booking in this place, the host was not there to check my family in. I send messages at the time we arrived to the place and he did not answered. It was around 9- 10pm already and my family was so tired from our last trip. I decided to book to another place. The next day, the host at my early booking emailed me. And I told him I have booked already in another place, what I want now is that he refund me of the 3 day booking I paid him. He said, it should be the app where I’ve booked that will pay me back or refund me. So, Hotel.com., when can I have my money back?
This property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I stayed for two weeks and had no issues. The Mall of Asia was a 5 minute walk away, getting a ride anywhere else was just a tap on my Grab app, there's a grocery on the first floor, security personnel were always present, staff were always courteous - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! On top of all that, it was less expensive than staying at a hotel. Such a great deal!
Booked the unit for convenience going back and forth to MOA for a couple of days with the wife and 2 kids. The building lobby ambience is excellent including the amenities but the unit itself is quite poorly maintained. Spider webs on the ceiling, cable tv not functioning, bed matresses are worn out to a point it's quite uncomfortable to sleep on abd a lot more minor stuff
Property Guard not accomodating.
worse experience ever, the condo has no parking space, the lobby people are not helpful, the room is cockroach infested and throughout the building...it should be condemn...they charge P150.00 each for the use of the pool.
