owner is nice. place is safe even if you forget to leave your door unlocked. The unit was clean and complete with appliances, plates and utensils. Even have Netflix and disneyplus already set up on the TV that you can use. Overall great place! Totally worth it.

Really nice stay, view is as good as on the picture , even better, staff is helpful, gives advices on what to do during your stay, internet/wifi is good enough to work remotely, enjoyed the stay, will consider coming back

I had low expectations after reading several reviews, but I still decided to book La Mirada because I wanted to discover a new beach resort in Mactan and I’m really glad I did. One of the best perks of staying here is that you also get access to Vista Mar’s amenities including three swimming pools and the beach Overall, the experience was really nice, and the beach did not disappoint at all. In fact, I felt it was one of the cleanest beaches in Mactan, and it’s especially enjoyable to swim during high tide. The pools at La Mirada were clean and looked like they had just been renovated. The water was flowing properly, and the pool itself was huge, which made swimming very relaxing. Our room was also spacious and had all the essentials: a mini ref, hair blower, sink, safe, and two comfy chairs with a table where you can comfortably chill and eat. The restroom even had a bidet, which I really appreciated. Another highlight was the terrace, which offered a lovely view of the sea. While the hotel is a bit old, it still has its own charm and character. The only downside is that you need to go to Sotogrande to pick up your room key and again to check out, which can be a bit inconvenient. Despite that, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would recommend La Mirada if you’re looking for a relaxing beach experience in Mactan with access to great amenities.
