Great location but overpriced for what you get. There were renovations going on which we were not informed about .

Booked a ‘Lake View’ room but all you could see is a rooftop. We were apparently upgraded to a bigger room, but this room had 2 big beds in it (we only needed 1) so it didn’t feel spacious at all. The room and bathroom felt outdated, tiny bench space in bathroom. Staff were nice and gave us a couple drinks vouchers.

construction noises can be heard during the day. Which is probably needed given the dated feel of my room. Breakfast was nice and heater was ample enough to warm the room. PowerPoints could be more easily accessible on the bedside. Hotel could probably add complimentary bicycle rental while they are trying to do heavy renovations or something to compensate the construction
