My girlfriend and I stayed overnight at renaissance as we drove down from KL, even though it was an overnight stay the room was pleasant with very welcoming staff. For future trips will definitely consider staying at Renaissance again!

We were upgraded to a Club Room, which was spacious and located on a high floor. Despite a queue, the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of both local and Western options. The café staff were extremely friendly and attentive, especially towards my elderly parents, ensuring they had a pleasant dining experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I've booked a room on club level. Checking in was fast and easy. Room was clean although the size of the room is bit small but acceptable. Breakfast spread was good too. The real horror begins when I started using the shower, where the water won't drain fast and started to pool. The sink also filled up fast. Contacted the front desk and they rectified the issue immediately in which they sent a staff with a plunger. Although the issue was immediately resolved however the floor and sink left with dirt after the water drained. The next morning when I used the shower and bathroom, the same drainage issue repeated. I believe this is not the first time the room has drainage issue. A functional bathroom is crucial, and this drainage issue made using the sink frustrating and less hygienic. It took away from the otherwise positive aspects of the hotel, turning simple routines into minor annoyances. Room location is actually opposite the lounge. Sleep was pleasant until 5.30am, the staff will be busy prepping the lounge for breakfast. If you book here, I'd suggest requesting a room away from the lounge although initially it seems convenient to be staying so close to the lounge. Hopefully, they address their plumbing issues soon, as it's a shame for an otherwise decent hotel.

Completely satisfied with the stay; room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with high-end toiletries. The fitness centre was a great addition. The buffet breakfast selection was truly impressive.
