This hotel is very convenient for travel from/to Haneda Airport and Yokohama, through it's links through the train network and for taxis. The rooms are clean, functional, and come with expected facilities for a business hotel. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel was right at the train station which made it very convenient to travel to different parts of Tokyo. It is also close to Haneda airport. Staff was also very nice. I had forgot an item and they were able to find it and mail it to a different hotel in Japan. Self luggage storage area was also nice to have when it's too early to check in to the hotel and if you have to go somewhere after checking out. Overall great experience and would book again at this hotel.
