Have been staying @ Olympic Inn Azabu for 13 years now, every single Tokyo visit I stay here. The location is perfect, Azabu Jūban is the hidden gem of Tokyo; not too packed. Just a few steps away from the subway station, and also the Juban Shopping district filled with markets, heavenly dining and even 100 Yen shops. Few steps up hill to Roppongi Hills and Mori Tower.
The hotel staff is always so kind, and very helpful! They offer a sweet perk of a vending machine with free soda like Real Gold, coffees/lattes, and even soups. The rooms are very Japan expected, meaning quaint on space but adds to the experience and charm. Never had any issues and have been coming back time and time again, and hope to continue to do so.

Smoking smell in room triggered asthma attacks. Room was excruciatingly small. But hey, everyone's impressed by a free drink dispenser in the lobby.
Bus stop in front of hotel was good but metro was a longer walk.

Enough space for my husband and me. The bed is comfortable. Space is enough. The area is near the train station and close to a convenience store. Restaurants are also within walking distance.
