This is a classy Hotel. The staff is wonderful. The location is great. Close to train stations, lots of dining options and more. We had an excellent stay. Our room however could use some updating. Stains on the carpet and walls. My only complaints is on Expedia site, the hotel shows that is has laundry facilities. I took that to mean machines on site for guests. They don’t and the closest coin laundry is almost 1/2 mile away. Not a bad walk when the temperature drops down. It also said it has a pool. That is misleading, because it’s not on site and there is a fee to use it. However, the overall hotel is great and I would definitely recommend it to travelers.

Very nice hotel - nice staff. However, buffet breakfast restaurant was a big letdown as all hot dishes were cold.
This is a fabulous gem in a convenient area of Shimbashi. The rooms are generous in size, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. There are plenty of amenities in the bathroom and having both a tub and a shower make for a very comfortable experience. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. If you're in need of English speakers, they are more than proficient and willing to help. It is located about 1.5 blocks from Shimbashi station which is super convenient to get around Tokyo and to Haneda airport. There are many restaurants in the area, some immediately across from the hotel located in a restaurant row built under the tracks. Our room was on the 12th floor and we were not bothered by train or city noise. Several convenience stores are located nearby the front and rear exits of the hotel for drinks and snacks. Highly recommend this property!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per circa dieci giorni e la nostra esperienza è stata davvero meravigliosa. Il servizio è stato impeccabile e lo staff estremamente professionale e gentilissimo.
L’hotel colpisce fin dal momento in cui si entra: la lobby è elegante e imponente, con un grande dipinto all’ingresso e, appena sotto, una struttura simile a un altare. Durante il nostro soggiorno, proprio lì si è svolto un matrimonio, che ha reso l’atmosfera ancora più magica. Nelle vicinanze ci sono anche dei tavoli dove gli ospiti possono rilassarsi e gustare qualcosa, davvero bellissimo!
Inoltre, l’hotel dispone di una palestra e di una piscina, che noi non abbiamo utilizzato, ma che sembrano eccellenti. L’edificio ha più di 20 piani (escludendo i livelli sotterranei), con una varietà di ristoranti, tra cui autentica cucina giapponese e molto altro.
Questo hotel è davvero magnifico: assolutamente da provare!
