If you're like me and just need a bed to sleep in, its perfect. One towel per guest policy. Wifi was awful and wouldn't work in my room but luckily I had my portable wifi 😅 Right next door to the station, great location. Staff were helpful and spoke great english. For women bring hair conditioner, they have shampoo and body wash in the shower room. The hair dryer takes a lifetime to dry your hair so maybe bring your own but its not necessary. Familymart next foor and a lovely ice cream hut. Have fun! Osaka is amazing ✨️
I set up a NON- smoking room. Also advertised was AC. The capsule was in a general smoking area and a door that when closed, still has a one foot gap on top to allow circulation ( no AC) so the room was smokey. I notified staff and they tried showing me another capsule to stay in to which all are under the same circumstances. General smoking area and no AC and door gap which allows smoke to come into room. I demanded a refund which has already been a challenging process. I had to get another hotel last minute. Very misleading set up. I do not recommend for anyone as a non smoker
駅徒歩1分、コンビニも1分と便利です。シャワールームの脱衣場に髪の毛が多量に落ちていて素足にはなれませんでした。何を重視するかだと思います。浴衣はあった方が良かったです。

Das Zimmer hat absolut nicht unseren Erwartungen anhand der Bilder entsprochen. Wir haben ein 2-Personen-Zimmer im Kapsel-Stil gebucht und waren geschockt, als wir ins Zimmer kamen. Der Boden und die Einrichtung erinnerten an eine Gefängniszelle, die Tür hatte einen etwa 20 Zentimeter großen Spalt oben (vermutlich, da es in den Zimmern keine funktionierenden Fenster gibt und nicht klimatisiert ist), sodass man den Lärm vom gesamten Stockwerk im Zimmer hört. Bäder und WCs gibt es nicht einmal in jedem Stockwerk, sondern für Damen nur eines im gesamten Haus.
Wir sind wieder ausgecheckt und haben uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht, wir haben uns nicht vorstellen können, zu bleiben. So etwas ist uns noch nie passiert!
