Our stay was absolutely phenomenal and truly elevated our entire trip to Kyoto. From its stunning design to its impeccable service, every aspect of this hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is, without a doubt, a 10 out of 10. Situated directly on the banks of the beautiful Kamo River, the hotel offers a tranquil escape while being just steps away from the heart of the action. We loved starting our mornings with a coffee overlooking the river. In the evenings, we could simply walk out the door and be in the middle of the vibrant Pontocho Alley for dinner, or take a short stroll across the bridge to explore the historic Gion district. The convenience is simply unmatched. The room was a perfect blend of modern luxury and Japanese elegance. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with incredible attention to detail. Finally, the service was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was professional, warm, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. If you are looking for a special place to stay in Kyoto that combines a prime location with a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere, this is the place to stay.

お部屋の広さや清潔感、寝心地も良く枕も良かった。その他、食事、スタッフ、お風呂全て満足しました。立地も駅近で何処に行かのも便利。鴨川が近くにあり散策出来きたりと京都を満喫する事が出来ました。

We were disappointed when we checked into our room. The room appeared dated and run down and not well spaced out. So we decided to check out early.

房間很大（起居室與臥床分開），可惜位置在二樓馬路邊，隔音沒那麼好，容易受馬路車輛行駛聲音影響。
