1월에 다녀왔습니다 조식이 너무 훌륭히고 직원들의 응대도 친절합니다 가격대비 정말 만족한 호텔인데 폐점하여 아쉽습니다

I cannot emphasize how good their buffet spread is. Not a morning person, but I’d happily get up for breakfast!
While the room is quite dated in terms of design, space was bigger and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean. I would also like to commend their staff for arranging the transfer of our luggages to our hotel in Osaka.
I enjoyed my experience and I’d love to go back next time.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean,. Their facilities are the best. The location is very strategic, close by with train station, Starbucks, restaurants, convenience stores. We really love the ambience of the hotel and surrounding. Definitely will coming back to stay in this hotel again if we return to Kyoto next time.

Wonderful stay here. Although dated , staff were super professional, all areas were clean , breakfast was delicious with large variety to choose from. Sanjo is a perfect place to explore Kyoto too. Much quieter than tourist areas yet with cool bars ( head away from the city) & shops. Sadly this hotel closed and we are delighted to have been the last guests to check out. But staff are moving to the brand new hotel , so do try that instead. You’re only as good as the team you work with, so it’ll be a fab stay ( looks awesome too, we passed it regularly)
Would defo stay with this group in the future.
