We receive a supreme service. Highly recommend!
But when check out we need to catch the bus which only has three shifts per day. So we left ~1000yen to pay. But we cannot contact the hotel with the email. Plz send me the way to pay if you notice it.

We feel totally indulged here from the arrival to the little nuances that the staff put in. Love the stay although it is a little expensive but considering that it includes the meals, it is fair value

Expensive hotel but Great service and onsen facility that match with the price point. The breakfast and dinner included in the package are of very high standard at fine dining level. I would pay to come for the restaurants.
Gorgeous interior design and spacious. A truely relaxing stay.
Rooms and futons are very comfy, but noted a few spiders and bugs inside the room; maybe difficult to keep clear as its located in the woods and trees area. Overall, i would recommend everyone to try it once.
