Our stay at the Grand Hotel Minerva in Florence was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, it truly felt like a 5-star experience in every sense. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the level of service is outstanding. I accidentally entered the wrong check-in dates, and the staff went above and beyond to ease the stress caused by my mistake. They handled everything with such kindness, patience, and professionalism. They took incredible care of both my daughter and me, and I will always be grateful for how seamless they made the entire experience. The room was one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. It was spotless, immaculate, and so thoughtfully designed that it felt warm, inviting, and truly elevated. The staff was exceptional, and the amenities were equally impressive. The multi-level rooftops were a true highlight, offering incredible views of Florence, including the Duomo, but it is only one of many stunning areas throughout the property. Every space feels elegant and welcoming. The hotel is also within walking distance of amazing sites, shops, and restaurants, which made exploring the city very easy. I cannot express enough how exceptional this hotel is. If you are traveling to Florence, this is truly the place you want to stay.
