I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone traveling via train through Italy. Located directly across the street from the train station, I couldn’t have not chosen a better place. First off, Florence has very tiny sidewalks and A LOT of people. You do not want to be lugging your luggage even a few blocks. Next, 7Florence is super clean, has super friendly and helpful staff, and it smells great inside! We felt very safe and secure getting into the building, hotel, and room at all hours. Also the breakfast is a must have, it’s a full out spread that opens at 0730. The only thing that could have improved was the noise from the outside. Since it’s across from the train station there are people constantly outside. They do provide ear plugs which help but also this is not something that they could change. The location is amazing and despite some noise at night I would stay here again no doubt.
Alex, Alessia, Vera? And the rest of the staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent and a good way to start the day. The shower and tub were relaxing and the air conditioner worked very well. I would make sure you get an interior room. The rooms facing the street are way too noisy due to the 24 hour McDonalds below. I don’t know if I would stay here again but it is very convenient if you are making Firenze a base to explore other areas as well.
The staff were so kind and friendly and accommodating! The location can’t be beat. Highly recommend.

This is a great property, the management was extremely accommodating and helpful too. The only issue is that there are noises coming from the street as this is on a busy road.
