I was dissatisfied with the service at the front desk I paid for transfers to and from the airport before i left Sydney They booked the wrong time to take us to the airport, and we had to pay our own way abd nearly missed the plane. Still waiting for the refund

Staff friendly and overly helpful Even had some towel animals made up in room for the kids; awesome surprise! Location perfect for first time Bali trip with most things accessible by walking Pool area is unbeatable

Clean hotel & facilities, friendly staff, children’s activities were great fun, great family atmosphere, great security, great breakfast, Stayed there 4 times now. Only a couple of things to note there was renovations going on but that was managed ok & maybe some more sun lounges with umbrellas would be nice around the pool area.
