La atención de primera, el personal muy cordial y el hotel muy limpio. El desayuno excelente, muy buena variedad de alimentos para disfrutar. Otro punto importante es la ubicación del hotel, precisa para visitar zonas turísticas, es un hotel al que volvería sin dudarlo.

The greatest central location for a tourist wanting to see Budapest. The food is average, plentiful breakfast buffet and something for all. Employees were kind and attentive. The hotel’s furnishings could use an immediate update. Wood finish was off on all edges, our tv didn’t work and we had to move rooms which is a hassle.

I booked a room with twin beds over 6 months before my visit and I had viewed the specific type of room online. These images quite clearly showed seperate beds, with their own headboard. However, what I was given what was quite clearly meant as a double room. Two single beds had been pushed together within the double headboard. The two single beds were covered with a double bed sheet, but then each bed had it's own single duvet cover. I raised this issue in writing via messaging, but this hotel did not even bother to reply. As a customer, I felt disrespected by this non- reply. On check out, I was asked about any issues, to which I reiterated all of the above. Hotel personnel claimed that they could have moved me to a twin room, if they had known about this? I feel they need to improve on getting it right first time and not ignoring written texts that are sent. I have travelled to many hotels around the world and never been treated in such a poor manner.

Very nice location and city view, as well as very good staff, taking care of every request without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel with spectacular view of Buda. Excellent breakfast choices. Very nice bar. Great beds. Wish there was a way to plug hair tools in at the bathroom counter.
