Excellent customer service - very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and breakfast was good

Conveniently located near public transit and some sites of interest, the hotel itself is somewhat difficult to locate in the warren of street near the station. The rooms, though not particularly small, were not well laid out or furnished; for example, there was no place to put open luggage, no towel racks, etc. Breakfast options were limited but adequate. Free WiFi Internet access was only available in one 30-minute block once every 24 hours (which is not the same as once per calendar day, as this restriction meant that if, for example, on the first day one accessed the WiFi Internet at 7:00 PM, one would only be able to access that free WiFi Internet after 7:00 PM the second day, and so on.

It could do with a lick of paint in the corridors but apart from that clean & tidy. Would definitely stay again & recommend to friends & family. Perfect walking distance from train stations.

Old, poor shower, uncomfortable bed and pillows. Noisy rooms with no soft close on cupboards. No hair dryer, no minibar, no iron or ironing board
