Turned at the hotel and a letter was on the door stating hotel was not open and would be opening soon. Not able to contact staff on day face to face, door locked ,not answering phone or online. Absolute nightmare, dishonourable service with no care or concern for customer wellbeing. A few other customers arrived and had the same hotel from hell experience . Do not touch this hotel with a barge pole and explore other hotel stay options. If I could give it a -1 rating I would.

We arrived for our 1 night stay in September to find that the hotel was closed for refurbishments, but yet had still accepted the booking.
Poor show from the hotel management, and a trip to London ruined!

Booked for one night stay, ended up spending 8 hours in the hotel.
The staff were very sweet, however, the hotel was very run down and the room was awful.
The pillows stunk, there was what seemed sugary drink split on the table, the loo hadnt been cleaned properly the bed side tables were filthy.
Carpets are threadbare, the lifts out of use and the carpet on the stairs upto my room was held together with gaffer tape

It is very old and dirty. They don’t up keep the place.
There was no internet, AC, or elevator. And they had our room on the 6th floor.
