The Hotel is in the best spot. Close to a lot of things and with in walking distance for many things. Room was comfortable and a light breakfast every morning to start the day off.

The night porter was rude and told me if wasent happy to check just becaue i went in and out for less than 5 minutes each time, just becauae he wanted to sleep. 4* Breakfeast absolutely joke, a few piece of cheese, toast, and coffe. For £5 i could a full english breakfeast around the corner and I did. Not even a ketlle in the bedroom, this is a 4*. the person who graded this Hotel should be sacked or shot. Never ever ever ever again Dont do it

The hotel should be banned and closed. I have never written any so bad review !!! The worst hotel I have slept in in my life! Already at the entrance, an unpleasant meeting with the man who accepts the reservations. First he had to finish eating before he could come over. Neither good morning nor hello. There was no information about the deposit that was requested on the page where I was booking the room but was nothing to discuss with that grumpy, rude men. He asked to show ID document, then scanned it and said that my document is poor quality, because he cannot see clear enough the photocopy 🙈🙈🙈. All of his prints were barely visible, but he claimed my official ID!!! Unbelievable. We received the key, no information about breakfast, no information that there is no kettle, no coffee, no tea in the room, no possibility to drink anything. There was even no water. The room was terribly dingy, dirty, dusty, absolutely disgusting. The wallpaper was pealing off the wall, hole in the ceiling by the window, full of stains on curtains with no choice of cover the window, the table scratched and wobbly on the leg. Sheets, towels and bathroom were reasonably clean. In the bathroom, there are tiny bottles of one body gel and one shampoo, and a tiny soap. No hot water as well, barely warm as well in the evening and in the morning. The TV cabinet is terribly dusty. No duvet. 2 blankets to cover, old, worn and stained, filthy!!! I didn't want to even touch that nor to cover myself. Mattress was an old type, like filled with straw or something with a springs filling and I have no idea what else but it probably remembers the 50s or earlier. Heating from air conditioning, unfortunately, but at least was warm which I was worried at first we will be freezing. We checked the breakfast times on the internet because no one inform us. For breakfast the choice was: toast, the cheapest sliced ​​ham from the supermarket, cheese, granulates coffee tubes and cereals. W

Hotel is very very tired and in need of updating and a deep clean. Plastic cutlery just no!

Room needs some tlc. There is no ac as advertised. The breakfast was sparce. The location is really good, 6 blocks to the tube station. Lots of restaurants and pubs in the area. You are required to give a 50L deposit on registration, it will be returned 4 to 5 days after checkout.
