Clean room and great staff

Good restaurant food excellent breakfast caring staff pleasant stay at the Ibis South Bridge!

The staff are excellent and very quick to respond to help. We requested extra towels and they were delivered within minutes. We also asked for a taxi to Britannia and one was ordered right away. The staff and location are excellent and the best parts of this hotel; however, those are the only real positives. The room is a bit odd since there’s only one location away from the beds to charge your phone using usb outlets. I know European rooms are small but the bathroom reminded us of a cruise ship bathroom and is tiny. The hotel bar and the food were ok but our last night there they served a very limited menu and it wasn’t advertised except for one tiny sign at the bar so we ended up leaving and going to a nearby Italian restaurant that is amazing. Overall, the staff here are amazing but I wouldn’t stay here again due to the bathroom and size of the room. But if you’re fine with very basic things and being in a great location then this hotel is probably for you. also, FYI this hotel no longer offers laundry service.

Overall the hotel itself is fine. My issue is with the night club somewhere near that led to a thumping beat until at least 2am each night I was there. Great location if you aren’t a light sleeper. Staff was amazing. Sleep was not particularly successful.

A basiic no frills hotel. Reception staff very friendly , professional and efficient. Our room was basic but adequate for our stay.
