Great to stay at CDG airport overnight prior to our morning flight - just a short indoor walk to our terminal post check- out. The room was very nice and noise - free. The hotel restaurant cuisine was very good as well

Very convenient for a traveller arriving at CDG late and departing early. Signage is not great and I was struggling to find it without realizing I was basically right in front of it. Check in staff was a bit rude - more interested in getting to the next customer than taking the trouble to explain why I was given a room with two beds when I had booked a king bed room. When I finally got to the room which was as far from the lift as possible, I realized it was triple, which was in effect an upgrade. The room was spacious and clean. It was a little tired though and in need of minor upkeep/repair and the minibar fridge was empty. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable.

Unique-it is right in a terminal. This property says it has Laundry facilities. It does not! We asked for different pillows and the women who took our request did not follow

I arrived around 19 pm. I was told no hot chocolate at bar. Restaurant staff say they don’t provide. When I told restaurant staff that bar counter staff say no hot chocolate, one of them brought me to restaurant and gave me free cup of hot chocolate. Appreciate it as tired from long flight. Thanks to the staff who make the free hot chocolate! Furniture in room must upgrade. A bit rundown and electrical lights can be dimmed. Comfortable room. Stafff ok. Pillows can upgrade..

Lying to us at check-in. There were five people behind the desk and they just ignored my wife and I. They said the system was down and that we could not check in. We should come back in 10 minutes. It took them 10 minutes just to look us in the face And to tell us this lie. We returned in 15 minutes and again they continue to lie to us about not being able to check us in. I then put my foot down and said check me in. Suddenly, the system started working again and we were able to check in. I have pre-paid for the room. I am considered one of the superior members using Hotels.com. Cole disappointment lying to her face. Never again.
