Lovely courtyard, we stayed in what seemed like older part of hotel that needed updating especially the bathroom. Staff was pleasant, room was ok but felt more like 3 star

The staff said the elevator did not work, just after checkin. They gave us a room on the 6th floor.
But according Google maps it was out of order already last week

The place is not what the photos suggest, there is absolutely no charm. It’s a tourist hotel for the masses. The breakfast room was in the basement, all the garden pictures would be nice only in perfect weather. The room was so bare that it did not have an armchair. The frig was totally empty, not even one bottle of water. The bathroom was small. The noise from the courtyard was loud and the nighttime activities of the staff at the courtyard were also so noisy. Not recommend at all.
