I found out Orbitz in association with the Hotel, transformed my NOT cancellable reservation in one the Hotel profited selling it twice. I arrived very late, and the room had been selled to someone else. A NON CANCELLABLE PREPAID RESERVATION can NOT be resold under any circumstances. The hotel did, because Orbitz aothorized it. I will like someone at Orbitz to explain this to me. I arrived late and had to sit 5 hours in a lobby, with the Hotel having collected from me and from someone else. And possibly Orbitz getting two comissions. I figure you may not like to publish this: but it is what it is. I arrived within the time of the prepaid NONCANCELABLE reservation, and Orbitz and the hotel sold it to someone else. Please reply
Location was great for us. With kitchen facility is a plus as well. The room was spacious however some improvements can be done to make the experience even better.
In general, most of the staff were friendly and helpful. At this price range, I’d expect the room in better condition. It’s unclear about house keeping require to book in advance, and there’s a price list at the back of the room door , unsure if they will apply the charge to the final bill, while we have had stay at other hotels and service apartments, daily housekeeping always part of the service and no extra cost for it.
Close to popular tourist spots and metro station. All necessary kitchen facilities are provided.
パリ観光を目的に宿泊したので､ロケーションも施設も好適でした。何をしても自分でやることが基本で、良く言えばここに住んでいる感覚で過ごせます。スタッフの対応も明確で分かりやすく､余計な気遣いもないので、それが好ましかったです。
