Great breakfast, clean rooms, and shuttle to the airport.

Clean place and convenient location.

I left on the 20th of December, im totally sure I left my suitcase in the room after the checkout. When I realized such situation I was already outside of Madrid. I asked for help, all they had to say is they were not responsible and if I wanted to check cameras I needed a search warrant due by the police department.

Room was good, clean, fairly comfortable, although the pillows we're quite cheap feeling. Reasonably priced, but the airport shuttle is not great. When checking in I asked if it ran once an hour as I'd read, to be told it runs "every 45 minutes". The friendly lady asked be what time I wanted to be at the airport, and then suggested the 9:45am bus which would put me there too early, so I suggested I'd take the 1030 one. No, she said, it leaves at 11! I'm not sure if 45 Spanish minutes equal 75 US minutes, but at that point an Uber was the better option for me, so my choice to pick this hotel over others without a shuttle turned out to be moot. No big deal, just a little weird. All in all, a solid choice, not fancy, but relatively modern and nice and quiet. Uber came in 3 minutes and only took 10 to Terminal 2. Front desk spoke decent English and was very welcoming. Would have been 5 stars with a usable shuttle system.
