Good spacious room right in the busy heart of Madrid. Easy walking for tourist destinations & nightlife.

This place is incredible!! I had a top floor room with floor to ceiling windows. Building itself is beautiful. Pool is perfect for a dip and the pool area is bigger than appears in the pics. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended

It was great to have the pool during the summer heat wave.
Rooms were very nice and comfortable — with a view. Location was convenient (though too touristy for my liking, but that’s not the hotel’s fault). Loved the water bottle filling stations on each floor!
The staff was helpful and attentive.
My only “complaint” is that service at the rooftop bar was extremely slow/understaffed.

We are incredibly picky and our expectations were surpassed. The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the views, the location, the hot tub with a view, the extras they did for our anniversary, etc. They made us feel like important guests. We loved it. Thank you Ana, German, and David for making our stay a 5 star in customer service. And to the lady cleaning our room for making it spotless each day....THANK YOU!!
