테라스룸으로 6박 7일 이용했습니다.
4일차 아침 9시, 엄청난 공사소음이 시작되더군요. (오후 5시 넘어서 종료)
당일엔 일시적인 소음이라고 생각하고 참았습니다.
5일차 아침 9시, 엄청난 공사소음이 다시 나길래 프론트 직원에게 확인해보니 윗층 철거공사로 인해 소음진동이 나는 것이고 오늘 중으로 완료될 것이라고 하더라구요.
철거공사가 예정이었다면 예약을 받지 말던지, 아니면 최소한 사전에 고지해줬다면 이 숙소를 예약하지 않았을 겁니다. 숙소측의 시스템이 아쉽네요.

모션베드, 쾌적한 시설 다 좋았어요 위치도 좋았고 쇼핑하기도 좋았어요 약간 화장실 냄새가 객실에 퍼지지만, 그냥 편하고 깨끗하고 좋았어요 추천합니다

Arrived 02.30 am after flight delay. Luis checked us in ...very professional.
Jodie on reception dealt with my requests before booking. Thank you! The hotel is minutes from metro stations & just a stroll to Las Ramblas. We had double room on 5th Floor. TV, kettle, fridge, room safe & toiletries that include tissues, sponge & shower cap. Reading reviews before booking, we took with us cups and tea bags. Paper cups only supplied by the hotel. 2 x 24hr supermarkets directly across the road for groceries alcohol sandwiches etc. 24 hour front desk.
The hotel is peaceful and quiet. Our room was modern. Good size bed. Large shower unit/ wash area and toilet. Daily housekeeping standard. We sparked a " welfare" check when we hung do not disturb for 3 nights! Client safety comes first. We were embarrassed to cause concern, but appreciated customer care. Window slides open full. This I didn't like. We will certainly stay here again and reccomend this hotel. We did not eat at the hotel as we wanted to sample as much of what Barcelona had to offer.
