The room was really functional and comfortable, and the location simply perfect. Everything is communicated through the app very efficiently, but when I needed to contact staff they responded immediately and were very helpful. Líbere heled make our trip to Barcelon a complete success.

The area was great but all communication with staff was done through WhatsApp. Slot of answers were “we don’t know “ basic stuff like “where is the closest ATM” or closest location for the hop on hop off bus. When being new in a different country having front desk assistant would have been great
We had a leak in one of our bathroom lights. They were unable to give us another room or a full refund. They gave us buckets to place under the light that was dripping water. They only give you a 10-15 percent refund from what we paid for. Otherwise nice place. They at least let us check out at 2pm which helped with the jet lag.
We were bumped to another property 2 days before arrival even though we booked the trip 2 months ago. Told us the room we were to have had problems with air conditioning. They offered 2 other properties to choose from and if neither were acceptable, they would offer others. We selected one, but it was bad. When I contacted Libere, they said I could have picked another location. The properties offered were not part of Expedia and offered very little information on their web sites. Only way to tell if property was to check-in. Libere is a aparthotel which offers a kitchenette which was important to us as we did not want to dine out all the time. None of the alternate properties were aparthotels which forced us to dine out more at an additional expense to our trip of approximately $1000.
Bottom line is we were bumped due to over booking which is what Libere representative told the manager at the property we ended up staying at. They lied to us. They also said they directly moved our stay and our payment to the alternate hotel. Another lie. Alternate property did not even have refrigerators in rooms and actually wanted to charge for ice. Very disappointing.
