Tout étais parfait. Nous entendons le métro pendant la nuit mais le lit est tellement confortable que nous le sentions pas. Je recommande vraiment. Prêt de tout!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend. Sehr zentral und ideal, um Barcelona zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings war der Kaffee leider kaum genießbar, sehr bitter und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Das Hotel selbst ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt manches renoviert, schaut man genauer hin, erkennt man den Verschleiß. Auf allen Etagen lag ein unangenehmer Geruch. Das Bad war ebenfalls nicht überzeugend, Stockflecken im Silikon, insgesamt wenig gepflegt und dazu eine unzureichende Beleuchtung, zum Schminken ungeeignet. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nachdem wir gemeldet hatten, dass die Zimmertür quietscht und es im Bad einige Mängel gab, wurde sofort reagiert. Als Entschuldigung erhielten wir eine Flasche Sekt auf das Zimmer, was wir als nette und wertschätzende Geste empfunden haben. Fazit: Top-Lage und sehr freundlicher Service, aber Zustand und Ausstattung sind für den aufgerufenen Preis grenzwertig.

The hotel has a perfect location, just steps from Plaza Cataluña and close to all amenities. The room was very spacious and surprisingly quiet despite the busy streets. The staff was excellent—special thanks to Carla, who was absolutely awesome!

La ubicacion del hotel es perfecta ya que esta cerca de Plaza Catalunya y tiene la parada de metro muy cerca. La habitacion era amplia y funcional, con buenas vistas a la calle principal. nos dieron agua gratuita de solan de cabras cada dia y una botella de cava, como bienvenida, un detalle que personalmente nos encanto. Sin duda, repetire en futuras visitas.

The reception staff were friendly helpful speaks English ,the room was spacious the mattresses are so comfortable but the bed base is not fixed. The breakfast is not free but u can pay for the stay duration at the reception and will get discounts. U can go check the breakfast first if u like it and sure you will then can pay at the hotel reception. there is a train station across the hotel and the shuttle bus to the airport is 5 min walk to catalonia square on the right side of the fountain, the staff directed us . Pleasant stay in the shopping area.
