We had a very good offer from Agoda in the Black Friday so we booked it in advance. The location is perfect,two blocks far from the central train station so it’s easy access from the airport. The area is very alive with lots of hotels and restaurants around.Reception was very friendly. The room is as you can see in the photos Agoda posted. Normal size with big bathroom,very comfortable mattress very hot in the very cold February. Free WiFi a large tv and a refrigerator. Breakfast was included and it had lots to try with very good quality. We loved also the bar downstairs. Definitely a great choice for Copenhagen!

This was our first stay at this hotel, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to move around the city and enjoy the attractions nearby. The reception team was welcoming and professional and breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall service met our expectations. We genuinely appreciated the hospitality extended to us throughout our visit.

Very convenient Location, Clean Room, Breakfast could be better.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the central station, just about a two-block walk. The room smelled fresh and was pleasant, especially since it wasn’t carpeted. However, the hallway is carpeted, which makes it look a bit dirty. One thing that needs improvement is the tissue paper, as it has an unpleasant smell and is not soft. The reception staff were kind and very accommodating. When I asked for extra pillows, they generously provided them right away. Breakfast is the same every day, but it is still enjoyable. The fresh juice and fruits are consistently sweet, it’s obvious they make sure of the quality before serving. One area for improvement would be the laundry facilities. The washing machine seems to be an older model and doesn’t spin properly after washing, and the dryer doesn’t dry well even after nearly two hours.
