Im Grunde ist die Bewertung von Expedia, aufgrund dessen ich dieses Hotel gewählt habe kompl. falsch. Wir sind von daher von Expedia sehr enttäuscht.
Sauberkeit, wenn man reinkommt steht dort als erstes eine total durchgesessene Couch. Die Duschwände und die Armaturen waren absolut nicht sauber, trotzten nur so vor Kalkflecken, hatten das sofort bemängelt aber es wurde nichts behoben. Dort wo sich normalerweise ein Kühlschrank befindet war ein ein leere Schrank. Der Kleiderschrank hatte ebenfalls Macken. Tresor vorhanden aber nicht nutzbar. Nun zum Buffett, Rührei und Speck, kalt, alle Brötchen trocken. Ich könnte noch einiges mehr aufzählen, aber ich glaube es reicht :-( :-(
Prachtig gebouw zowel binnen als buiten. Goed verzorgd.

This hotel is right in the middle of the town square and walking distance to everything. It is a perfect example of historical elegance and was the perfect choice for our stay. Loved everything about it.
The location of Hotel Zum Ritter was amazing, the very best in old town Heidelberg!! The price was also good so we were able to look past the shortcomings because it was undergoing renovations and was still not 100% in their accommodations. Staff was minimal but the staff who were there were great. Room could have been cleaner and better prepared for our arrival (hair on the bathroom floor and an empty tissue box). Overall, a very good experience for us though!
Great hotel located in the heart of Heidelberg. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. Highly recommended.
