시티클래스 호텔 암 톰 쾰른 (구.시티클래스 호텔 유로파 암 돔)

日本語が少し話せるスタッフがいました。 部屋の清潔感や利便性はすごく良いです。 ほかのクチコミでも見ましたが、確かに部屋の明かりは日本人には暗すぎます。 でも、気になるのはその点くらいでした。

The CityClass Hotel Dom is perfectly situated next to the two best Christmas markets and a short walk to the rail terminal. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, staff were friendly and accomodating. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I loved this hotel, staff, breakfast and most of all, location (so close to the Christmas markets)! The one and only downside were guests that were allowed to smoke 1” from the hotel front door. The smoke lingered inside the lobby all the time.

Fantastic location if visiting the Christmas markets. Just 1 minute from the entrance to the biggest market at the Cathedral and central to all areas. Our room overlooked the cathedral. However the hotel itself was more 3.5 star than 4 star. I booked a superior room but that was still quite compact and a bit gloomy inside.The bathroom was not inviting and the towels were very worn and rough to touch. The shower was okay but not a power shower and there was a big step to get into the shower cubicle. We did not have breakfast as we were going to the Lindt chocolate museum but noticed that there was no actual 'lounge area' in the hotel as this was taken up mainly with the breakfast room. Also, the lift seemed a bit ropey - it made all sorts of noises when in it! Due to the time of year I had to pay £160 without breakfast when I probably could have stayed in a 5 star for not that much more!

Habitación pequeña. Las almohadas muy incómodas. El desayuno con muy poca variedad. En la puerta del hotel había unos sillones para huéspedes pero cuando llovía la gente que estaba en el mercadillo navideño justo enfrente se iban para allí a comer y beber no dejando espacio ni para pasar sin que el personal del hotel hiciese absolutamente nada.
