Cannot connect WIFI . Probably due to VPN issue. Washing machine long Q, got faulty alarm 2 out of 6 cannot dry. Breakfast meal services Tip-Top , supper fresh foods and delicious.

I would really recommend this hotel for Muslim travellers. This hotel is very near to multiple halal restaurants and a close to main attraction in xi'an. At the lobby, they provide free afternoon tea. They also provide tourist information, I really recommend miss Anna and miss Lee to anyone that want to visit xi'an. They are very nice people. And xi'an people? They are so friendly

There was no heating in the room despiste it being cold and all the staff told me was “yes there is no heating “
