말그대로임 위치는 너무 좋음 지하철 안타고 배편이나 택시타는 사람에겐 최고임 주변에 맛있는 식당 명소 많고 와이탄 바로앞임 직원들도 친절했음 특히 시설관리팀분들까지 인사해주시고 친절해서 좋았음 그러나 욕조 청소상태가 좋지않았고 저층은 일부러 돈 더주고 리버뷰로 예약했음에도 와이탄전경이며 하나도 안보임 앞 건물뷰 실외기뷰임 뷰가 생각보다 안좋아서 고층필수임 그리고 책상도 안닦여있어서 내가 물티슈로 다 닦았음 음료무료인거는 좋았고 웰컴과일도 좋았으나 과일이 너무 무방비하게 놓여있어서 위생 염려됨

We are extremely grateful to the front desk staff (Mr Robin, hope I spelt his name right ) for his prompt and helpful assistance. My daughter accidentally dropped her phone into the lift shaft late at night, and Mr Robin, immediately helped contact the engineer. The phone was safely retrieved within just two hours.
Truly impressed by his efficiency, responsibility, and care. Excellent service and much appreciated.
All this speaks volumes, and above all, shows a level of care and responsibility that truly sets them apart.

Perfect stay at Maxx. Upgraded to their member for daily breakfast and late checkout. Location along the bund was amazing. Walking distance to Nangjing road and just opposite the ferry point. Breakfast was small but plenty of tasty options.

Air conditioning was not working when we checked in and the room felt like a hot sauna. Called the staff to check or if we could have a change of room, and was told to not use the aircon and open the windows instead. They sent a technician over to check and the guy just came in, turned off the aircon, opened the window for us and left. The next day we asked the cleaning staff again about it, and she said would help us get a portable aircon, and we were left waiting with no one came back.
Overall service at this hotel was just a huge disappointment, different front desks would give us their own answers when we enquired if we could cancel our last night of stay. The staff at the breakfast restaurant was also not greeting guests and had a cold attitude.
Would definitely not be coming back. For anyone who’s thinking of staying with them, you’ll be better off spending your money with other hotels.
