Hotel location is good & convenient. Front desk, housekeeping & staff in & outside hotel lobby were all very helpful & accommodative. The only comment was hotel lobby light was a bit dim, could be brighter.

We had a wonderful stay at Mondrian Hong Kong. As a family traveling with a young child, we were particularly impressed by the thoughtful arrangements made for little ones. The wooden cot provided was sturdy and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for our child. Another huge plus was the in-room water dispenser, which made preparing formula and staying hydrated so much more convenient than relying on bottled water. It’s these practical, kid-friendly details that made our trip much smoother. Highly recommended for families!

The hotel is kind of hard to find Google Maps directions will take you to the back of an alley way. I recommend putting in the directions for one dimsum which is right next to the hotel and once you see it make a sharp right walk 5 feet and the hotel has a huge sign and doors. Staff is amazing and opens the door for you. But this place is not stroller friendly you have to carry the stroller up 2 steps every time you leave and come back the staff is very nice and helps once in a while if they are free in their defense I don’t think many hotel in hong Kong has ramps for strollers. As mentioned the room is tight for a stroller and luggage’s and a running toddler. I have so many complaints about the shower it is so awkward and drips water out of the door onto the ground which is right in front of your sink and toilet so your feet are wet the whole time until cleaning the next day and there it happens all over again. Major design flaw that I thought wouldn’t be there given the price tag of the hotel. The hotel is in a great location easy to get to the airport and use the train and many food and bubble tea drink options which I loved.
