The staff were very kind and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable and decorated with technology. It’s located in perfect place where you can find everything around you within 30 minutes. Highly recommended in Beijing

The hotel was ok, good location but not somewhere we would return to. We are a family of 3. The staff we found to be somewhat helpful (they will use translator apps to try and communicate which was appreciated.) we were frustrated on arrival to find there was no bed or cot for our son and when asked they simply told us there was none left. When I asked what I should do with my son they simply shrugged and told us to speak to expedia. Not helpful after a long flight. The rooms are exceptionally hot (wouldn’t go below 24c) and when we asked for an aircon or fan the housekeeper came and cracked the window a fraction (but due to the double window set up gave no relief). 2 nights in we managed to get a fan from a very helpful cleaner as she passed. Overall impression it wasn’t the hotel we expected and left disappointed.

Refurbished hotel room with awesome service. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, quality maintained with sufficient variety too. Love this stay
