Great location! Nearby subway, food, mart and just a 10-15mins walking distance to Wang Fu Jing shopping district. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Thankful!

Beautiful details but a bit old and dusty. Smokers trace in rooms. Poor ventilation. Generally a nice stay regardless due to the beautiful interiors and proximity to Wangfujing and Art Museum and old city quarters.

Accessible to the MRT station just 5 mins away or less. The green line covers all the major attraction. Walkable distance to forbidden city and Qianmen. Staff was extremely helpful too

我們一家住了4個晚上，遇到了很好的服務人員，尤其是刘yue經理，到步當天已經凌晨12點，我先生頭痛不適，全靠刘經理幫忙線上買藥，還送到房間，感恩！之後兩天也遇上熱情的Will Wang和另外兩位員工，介紹餐廳，還幫忙訂位，感恩！最後一天，check out後我完全忘記了保險箱內還有皮夾和鑰匙，全靠刘yue經理和其他同事幫忙留著，非常感恩！這酒店不單是地理位置良好，對面就是地鐵站，而且最珍貴的是員工！謝謝你們，祝您們平安幸福！！🥰🥰🥰

I liked the decor of the rooms, size, and location. Staff were consistently helpful and friendly with navigating Beijing, arranging cars - anything really (no one ever said "no"). There are a couple of things that surprised me about the facilities, notably that the recreational facilities are a bit limited compared to a hotel of its size and rating (5star). There is just 1 pool - no sauna, jacuzzi, or steamrooms and the water was pretty frigid during our stay. The cleanliness could have been a little better and I think there should be more time for deep cleans. Specifically, the robe in my room is like a magnet for hair- it was full of long black hairs from the moment i picked it up (note I'm bald). I also found quite a few hairs on the scale which was tucked under the bathroom counter when I weighed myself. Aside from these little things, the hotel is definitely a good option for travellers and i would recommend it. There are definitely worst places to stay.
