The hotel is located on top of a Japanese restaurant, and the whole check-in and check-out process is self-serving.
The downside of the hotel is you will have to carry your luggage up one floor first through a staircase, then only you can reach the elevator (operated manually) that brings you to the higher floor.
The room is very tiny and have a lower-than-usual ceiling height that kinda makes me feel stuffy.
However, the hotel location is great, as it is located right in the heart of Luzern's old city where restaurants/shopping/tourist spots are within your reach.

Hotel nestled in a charming courtyard, beside a restaurant, supermarket, shopping right at your doorstep. Self check in and out is easy.
Room size is small but sufficient and clean. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Simple and small hotel, quite a distance to train station. The hotel is self check in and the level only at 2nd floor, so you will need climb 1 floor first. if you have heavy luggage you need to carry up

Overall, value for money is fair consider lving standard in Swiss is high.

Location is very good , however room facilities are very poor . Washroom drainage was completely choked on first night . It is cleaned on next day morning . Lift facility is not available for our first floor room. Toilet was stinking and overall not comfortable stay.
