The hotel's location is literally behind Interlaken Ost station, which is both a blessing and a curse. On one hand, it's convenient for travelers. On the other hand, the noise from passing trains is loud and echoes in the rooms with mountain views. I experienced this firsthand and requested a room change, only to be told that I would need to pay extra for a quieter room. I was disappointed by the receptionist's unfriendly response to my concerns. The hotel's decor and bed quality also need updating. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its noise issues and need for renovation.

Closest to the train station, everything is convenient. After a tiring day out, you can come back and rest and recharge.

We love the location as it was really near the station. Upon arrival, the receptionist told us that our room was not yet available as it was still early than the mentioned check-in time and so they had the storage for our luggage without extra cost. The staff were good from the receptionist to the housekeeper. They were so friendly and did their best to help you. I love that we have the kettle inside the room for warm water and the hair blower (esp for us women)

Very convenient for trains to Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald and thereon, as well as sights around Interlaken, Aare river and day trip to Thun . Corner room on top floor with mountain views , sunrise and sunset was beautiful . Nearby Co-op convenient for Food. Floor was squeky when on the bed , but comfortable pillows and duvets! Could do with a fridge !
