인터라켄 서역에서 가까운편이고, 나름 조용합니다. 우선 스위스 여행중 가장 친절한 응대라고 생각되구요. 엄청 친절하십니다. 보증금 200프랑 걸리구요. 체크아웃할 때 취소해 주십니다. 건물은 꽤 오래되긴 했는데, 그래도 호텔 관리를 엄청 잘하시는듯해서 깔끔하구요. 조식 주시고, 1층에 브리타 정수기도 있어서 물 모자랄 일은 없네요. 체크아웃은 6시30분부터 가능하고 일찍 나가야 한다면 전날에 요청하면 조식을 싸줍니다. 단지 번화가에서 좀 떨어져 있지만 조용하니 괜찮습니다. 서비스면에서 매우 만족스러운 호텔이었습니다.

When I first walked into the hotel, I got an impression that the hotel is very old. It also took some time to listen to how their key system works when checking-in. But, the room was very clean and I had such a goodnight sleep. By the way, the electric fan was dusty. The breakfast was great with quite some selections and fresh juice.

Breakfast was fantastic and the service staff were friendly and very polite. Location was good too, within walking distance from the train station.

Dear Crystal.
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at your hotel overall, but I have a concern regarding the deposit.
At check-in, a deposit of CHF 200 was charged to my credit card, and at check-out, I was assured that there were no issues and received a receipt confirming this.
However, after checking with my credit card company, I was informed that the amount is still showing as a "pre-authorization." I requested for the cancellation of this hold, but I have not received any response, which makes me feel frustrated and uneasy. I also tried to reach out via the email address listed on your website, but I have not received a reply.
I kindly request that your hotel resolve this issue and provide me with a confirmation once the pre-authorization has been released.
