Had a very pleasant stay! The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. While the hotel is a bit far from local shops and restaurants, you can reach downtown via public transport in just 15 minutes. The real highlight was the free airport shuttle—the 5:30 AM departure was perfectly timed for my 7:00 AM flight. I also loved that they provided a self-serve breakfast bar (pastries, fruit, and juice) for those of us leaving before the main breakfast opened. Highly recommended for travelers!

Great location with easy airport shuttle bus access and tram access to city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms.

We stayed the night before our return flight back to the US. The room was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and we walked to a local restaurant. Shuttle was clean with avery friendly driver. We were pleased.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel — the room was comfortable, the location was perfect, and overall the service was excellent. I would normally give it a 10/10. However, during my first night, I encountered an issue with room service. In the morning, I asked the front desk if the room is cleaned every day, and the staff replied confidently, “Yes, it is cleaned every day.” Based on that, I expected the room to be serviced. When I returned in the evening, the room had not been cleaned — used towels were left on the bathroom floor. I was later told that housekeeping had already left and that room service must be requested a day in advance. While the staff did bring fresh towels afterward, there was no apology, which was disappointing. This single incident is the only reason I deducted points from an otherwise excellent stay.
