Had an amazing four nights stay here for our first trip to Toronto. We were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the staff. Excellent check in/check out service, hassle-free! The room was spacious, modern, clean, with comfortable beds and that’s exactly what we needed. Nice hotel right at the foot of the CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium. You have access via enclosed walkway on the second floor from the hotel to the Union Station and third floor to the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre (SkyDome). Highly recommend staying here.

On agoda website I booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. When I arrived I was given a room with just a king bed. When I showed the gentleman at the front desk my confirmation thay did state king bed and sofa bed he said, that's an error on the third party website and "not the hotels problem". He would not accommodate my request to be moved unless I paid for it. Instead, they gave us the option of having a cot wheeled in. This was disappointing because it's not my problem who's error it is. I was promised a king bed with a sofa bed and they would not deliver. Other than that, hotel is beautiful. The other staff were great and it was a lovely stay.
