Pool and fitness facilities are wonderful, with tropical decor and a water slide. Unfortunately at my most recent stay, the temperature of the water in the pool was freezing! Management were already aware of this issue (there was a problem with the heating system) and they were already working on it. Signs were posted letting guests know, so at least it wasn’t a surprise. As such, the hot tub was packed. Although of course I know these things happen, it was a bit disappointing as I didn’t get to enjoy the facilities as as much as I would have liked. I was looking forward to spending my vacation in the pool area. Other than this minor issue; a wonderful and relaxing stay.

The room appeared to not have been updated in well over a decade. I’d expect a docking station and television options other than basic cable, such as Netflix etc. The blankets were quite itchy. However, the room was very clean and the pool is great for families. Staff were kind, helpful and funny. 👍
