Todos fueron muy atentos desde q llegamos hasta check out volveria a quedarme aqui 🙌

The room was nice and clean , my only comment is that the shower was very small , I could t imagine a large man fitting in there . The staff is very nice and helpful

Ótimo hotel, quarto amplo, limpo, moderno, tudo perfeito. Alto patrão para uma região centro histórico. Perto do Vaticano. Tudo perfeito. Recepcionista Alessandra muito prestativa. Recomendo

The service was exceptional the room was very clean and comfortable and it is the best location for walking to the site, the shops and restaurants.

When we got there, we were supposed to have twin beds. We didn’t have them. They said that they would do it the next day. They never did it the whole time we were there. We didn’t have any hot water for the next day. They said we didn’t know how to turn the water on right I told him we know how to turn on a faucet. It was the hot water heater was broke. One of the TVs in the room did not have all the channels that I was supposed to have. It was pretty trashy outside. I will say the inside was nice. Wasn’t very happy with our stay. we stayed at four different places they were all nice except for this one.
